The Complete Sano Assessment. As a Single Engagement.
Sano Longevity is built around one physician giving every patient real time and real data. Dr. Sweeney caps how many ongoing members she takes so the concierge relationship stays personal. The Blueprint exists for everyone else: the person who wants the full Sano diagnostic workup, the physician interpretation, and the plan, without committing to a year of ongoing care.
The Blueprint is not a screening or a sample. It is the same testing platform and the same physician review that anchor every Sano membership, delivered as a complete one-time engagement. You leave with your numbers, what they mean, and exactly what to do about them.

Five Components. Every Number That Predicts How You Age.
- The 46-marker longevity lab panel. Fasting insulin, the Omega-3 index, Vitamin D, inflammatory markers, and dozens of precursor markers traditional healthcare does not run. Run through Quest Diagnostics. This is the panel that catches disease years before a standard physical does.
- Body composition analysis (InBody 580). Visceral fat in square centimeters. Segmental muscle mass. The fat-to-muscle ratio that drives chronic disease risk. Not a scale number. A map of what you are actually made of.
- Resting metabolic rate (PNOĒ). Your actual caloric burn at rest, measured from your breath, not estimated from a formula. The number every nutrition plan should be built on and almost never is.
- VO2 max testing (PNOĒ). Under 15 minutes on a bike or treadmill. Returns your biological age and the strongest single predictor of all-cause mortality, per the American Heart Association.
- Physician review, interpretation, and plan. A 60 to 90 minute appointment with Dr. Sweeney where she walks through every result and delivers personalized nutrition, exercise, and supplement recommendations built from your data. Not a PDF in your inbox. A Longevity medicine expert across the table explaining how well you're aging and what to do to optimize.
Booked separately, the testing alone runs $800 or more before any physician interpretation. The Blueprint bundles all of it, plus the 60 to 90 minute review with Dr. Sweeney, into one engagement.
What You Walk Away Knowing.
Your biological age versus your chronological age. Whether your metabolic health is driving you towards disease or away from it. How much fat and muscle you have and where they're distributed. Your real metabolic rate, so every calorie decision is based on measurement instead of a formula. Your cardiovascular fitness ranked against your age group, and what moving that number does to your mortality risk. Everything explained meticulously by Dr. Sweeney who spent over a decade operating on the consequences of metabolic dysfunction.
"I take very complex sets of data and weave them together into an actionable and realistic plan that's going to move the needle."

The Blueprint Is the Assessment. Membership Is the Relationship.
The Blueprint gives you the complete diagnostic picture and a personalized plan. It does not include concierge access to Dr. Sweeney, medication or peptide prescribing, ongoing follow-up appointments, retesting, or member perks. You take your plan and run it yourself.
Membership is for the patient who wants Dr. Sweeney in their corner all year: up to quarterly appointments, text and email access, prescribing when clinically appropriate, retesting to prove the plan is working, and accountability between visits.

Who Books the Blueprint.
The executive who wants a real annual assessment instead of a 20-minute physical. The self-directed athlete who will run their own protocol once they have real numbers. The person considering a Sano membership who wants to see the full picture first. The spouse or parent you want data-checked this year. The patient who tried supplements, apps, and advice, and wants a measured baseline before spending another dollar on guesses.
If you want the numbers and the plan, the Blueprint is built for you. If you want the numbers, the plan, and a physician holding you to it, that is membership.
Every Blueprint Is Reviewed by a Surgeon Who Operated on What These Numbers Predict.
Dr. Meredith Sweeney, MD, FACS, spent more than a decade as a board-certified bariatric surgeon at Norton Healthcare, operating on the downstream consequences of metabolic dysfunction thousands of times. She founded Sano Longevity to catch those consequences upstream, while they are still numbers on a panel instead of conditions in an operating room.
She is the only physician at Sano. She reviews every Blueprint personally, in a 60 to 90 minute appointment, and builds every recommendation herself.
